Needs to be a bit more humble in the position he is in.

Needs to learn from his selection mistakes.

Plus......... can we afford to fire him?

Im assuming we might have to fire Clark as well if we do.

Could be a lot of money we dont have.

As I said before, I actually think he has done a pretty good job of bringing some good talent into the club.

He might not be the man to best use that talent.
