Don't post too often; prefer to lurk. Have to say that "Safri not Hughes" is really getting on my tits.

Yes - Hughes does not impress; Yes - Safri is much better. But does it really matter? Safri and Jarrett will be 1st choice in the middle of the park anyway; or alternatively having Hughes allows us to play a 4-3-3.

Of more serious concern is that Fleming has totally gone as a player now and we have not looked to sign a right-side centre-half.

Additionally, MLJ does not convince - Colin looked much better against Inter. Also, Marney does not convince me either.
