a) the domestic abuse incident that I'm still in quite a lot of pain from and...

b) having packed in the fags (again) because of a) we've decided it's time to go on a bit of a health kick which means Mrs FP will almost certainly reply in the negative when I say show me a couple of your lovely Norfolk dumplings my dear (unless it's in a Konnie sty-lee)

If I go past a bookies on me way home I jolly well will try but they'll almost certainly be full of Arse cos they is at home tonight I believe...
