I've got some mineral water in the fridge

On the back of the bottle it spews on and on about how this wonderful liquid had spent thousands of years slowly making it's way to the surface, having brushed passed the finest layers of rocks, yet to be discovered by man.

Then it says 'best before 01/10/05. What's that all about?
