It's two way though, that people are c**tish to him.
If he was just left to get on with it, and his ideas weren't hammered at constantly, he might be a bit more friendly
As it happens it's, "why did you do this, why didn't you do that, why haven't we played x, why hasn't y been dropped, why couldn't you keep huckerby here?"
When the answers aren't sufficient, and we lose a couple, it's all "Roeders lost the plot like he does at every club, and he was a t**t at the agm, and I've heard the players hate him........"
He knows and hears it all, and he knows largely where it comes from. So when he hears it again at an agm, I can see why he went into c**t mode
I guess that makes me a Roeder apologist. It only raises the issue of how hard it is to manage when everyones got an opinion on everything you do
