Just about do-able with no delays but cutting it a bit fine i would say

no real margin for error if you get stuck anywhere (such as Elvedon). I normally regard 2.5 hours to Brum as a decent run.

Also depends how close to the junction you are as getting out of Brum at that time can take a while. If you can get straight onto the M6 (or M6 toll) you may be ok.
