Yesterday sat in the row just in front of me, cheering us, clapping, involving himself with every kick and touch... and clearly delighted that we won. I wasn't going to pass up the opportunity to shake the hand of the great man.

People wonder why we turn up week after week, in the numbers we do, through thick but mostly thin. Yesterday encapsulated the very reasons why we support a great club which has left a profound and deeply lasting personal effect on each and everyone of us.

A great day for so many reasons that make me proud to be a Yella.
