Apart from Andy Townsend, who somehow thought it was Capello's fault

for playing Carson from HT, apparently. If he'd played him from the start it couldn't have possibly happened.

(Incidentally - I don't see how you can KNOW it was all Terry's fault, 'cos you don't know what call he got from Carson.
But fair play to Terry for standing up afterwards and claiming it.)
