Why?

How many times in their careers do players get to play in World Cup quarter-finals? England were a decent side that year, Lineker up front, Hoddle and Barnes.

I don't see why Butcher should be obligated to someone who has cheated so seriously in a game like that. Of course, he would almost certainly be a happier and nice person if he chose to forgive and move on. But that's a different point.
