hayes and sinclair were

both released far to early. Both have been playing really well in teh lower leagues, we should have kept them (and crow) and sent them out on season long loans to get experience. Personally i would have Hayes back over Peter Thorne and Sinclair over Hughes. Their wages would be low so i cant see why we didnt just keep em! They are no better/worse than Jarvis and Hendo who are still here.
