After last nights match maybe relegation would not be too disastrous

Anybody who went last night must, like me, have come away thinking that if we are bust and are likely to be in League 1 (Div 3) next year then we have the makings of a reasonable home-grown team.

It was obvious that although the Arsenal young stars may shine when mixed with some class 1st teamers, they shine less brightly playing alongside their peers.

Mix some of our "young stars" with some seasoned professionals and who knows what they might achieve.

Meanwhile why not swap Lappin for Fotheringham in mid-field, he may not be match fit but he has twice the vision and ability to pass.
