I tried to, once, on my DAB.

But my pathological hatred of commercial radio* forced me back to the BBC within minutes. Me having a DAB is a complete waste - all of those station available, and I only ever listen to Radio 4, Five Live, 6 Music and Sports Extra.

*: I do actually quite like the adverts on KLFM when we're back in Nodge, just simply because it's so capital-ell Local. "Come ter Swaffum maarket. Thass orlrite, entut."
