This bit is so bizarre

I can never understand why managers don't speak with their players. It's really poor man management not to tell an employee in any job why they're seen to be underperforming and what they have to do to put it right.

"He's not told me his reasons for dropping me and I don't expect to be either, because I've got a lot of respect for him, Lee Clark and Paul Stephenson and I'm not the type of player to be walking around moaning.?
