when we say that the budget is spent

and we need to sell to acquire, does this include budget for loan extensions? Or has that already been factored in. ie we couldn't have Bertrand/Kennedy/Sibs back even if we wanted. If it is the case, can we cut our losses now and start trying to survive on the team that will remain - on the basis that it gives us another 6 weeks of getting a team (even if it weaker) to gel?
