If some chump who'd never done my job before

or knew the slightest thing about how to do my job started to criticise the way I did things, then they could expect to be told to f**k right off. Unless he went to training everyday, had full knowledge of each players current state of health, fitness and mindset, then Glenn would have probably valued his opinion more.
