Also Tilson (still!), perhaps Hareide (Norway aren't going too great, though I guess he'd hang around until the end of their campaign), Boothroyd (but could we stomach his style of play?), just possibly Grayson (who'd be a good choice I reckon) and how about Darren Ferguson too?
