first of all you need a special lady to look after your kids, that's a toughie. Then you need to be able to change your game between home and away fixtures and be able to please everyone. I've been incredibly lucky though, (through hard work, ha). That and having good people around me. That is the key to success as far as I can see; surround yourself with good people and you won't fail.
