'Roeder Syndrome'

I know what this is now - it's when the fans and player's realise he's a bit of an effan C after around a year and his tactics aren't strong enough to get him out of trouble.

I was quite happy with Roeder's appointment, but then my expectations weren't too high (there wasn't really anyone better available at the time and at least he was a 'name'). However, considering we can't rely on money to get us a squad we really do need a 'personality' to form one.

I think we made a mistake letting Aidy go the first time, and should dop our best to secure his services. Pronto.
