So where is the implication of dishonesty here?

There was no secret about who Tim Collins was - how do you think I know? What I have said time and again is that the club has focussed on things other than football - and in relation to this discussion - property development - from which they have made much less money than they thought. And from that they have made decisions - notably relating to the re-construction of the South Stand and the building of the infill which are largely responsible for the current mess. I'm not implying dishonesty, I'm implying incompetence. Actually I thought I'd rather more than implied it.
