OK, I'll rephrase.

Now that he's clearly not going to invest in the club, *I* don't give a toss about Cullum's use of charitable trusts, his Memoranda and articles of association etc etc etc. (And I wonder about the motives of people digging into this stuff.)

But as you say, I might be in quite a small minority there.
