it's win win for everybody

if Delia accepted the offer - I don't buy the argument it would negatively affect the value of Delia's shares, because at the moment, they're worth f**k all. Shares are only worth what somebody is willing to pay for them, and 50% (or whatever her holding is) of a company losing millions each year is worth far less than 10% of a company with ?20m in the bank.
