My view on last night

I felt that going forward last night we were far better than on saturday and should have scored 5 or 6. Deano just had one of those games where he was never going to score. Leon needs to find a touch from somewhere cos I lost count of the times the ball came to him and he couldnt kill it.

The worry is that defensively we were torn apart at times and crewe could easily have scored a few themselves. Flem was utterly abismal last night and I honestly feel that if he plays regularly this season then we wont go up. He seems to have decided that he is going to dive in when he gets the chance, and more often than not he ends up on his ass with the striker gliding by.

Louis-jean had a bit of a mare too and I would like to see colin get a chance too. I felt that Hughes was adequate, but I wish he could find a decent pair of studs. It does piss me off when some idiots go on about him being the worst player at carrow road in 10 years, cos he is still way better than 50p head ever was.

Safri came on and looked different class and maybe him and jarrett might work, but its too early to be sure.

The bottom line for me is that if we dont tighten up our defense then we wont be a force in this league at all.
