The reason the bandwagon has been jumped on in such a way..

..is that the complainers pay their licence fee and pay Ross his cool ?4 million a year for him to do that. Of the people who have heard the show, the phone call and read the reports etc etc only a small proportion have complained, but that small proportion is still a significant number of people who are upset that their money has funded this incident. Personally I am equally irritated that my licence fee has been spent on crap digital radio and tv channels, compromising the good drama and sports coverage that there used to be.
