Indeed, at least regarding that element - I accept the fact that the bandwagon thing is,

in part at least, due to the huge wages they get paid - much in the same way that intolerance has grown to highly paid footballers who 'abuse' their star status.

Especially in a climate of recession, job losses and cutbacks etc.
