Well you ought to be able to put more RAM in it - there should be a panel ...

... somewhere on the bottom or side that gives you access (power down before opening panels!). But as for what type, and how to do it, I'm afraid I'm not the man.

As for using eBuyer, no I wouldn't personally use them, not for anything of any real value, or anything that has a decent chance of needing to be returned (it's their returns policies that most people object to).
