He's a mystery

Obviously quality, mostly sulky and ineffective, but then occasionally real quality with matchwinning potential. How does a manager deal with that, then?

I'd LOVE to have a five-years-younger Dion back, I think Loopy and Lita (even Curo) running off him would be epic
