Surprising NCFC fans care that much

Do we care if an already affluent company director makes a big-money move to a competitor? Why are we demanding loyalty from a man with no ties to our club, who has served Pompey pretty well judging on their position now compared to when he (first) went there.

The guy's making a career move based on potential of the club and making money for his family in the process. How many of us would stay in the same job and stagnate when offered that chance?
