playoff final... the convo went something like this...

cc: I'm membership number so and so and shareholder number so and so...and entitled to one ticket...

admin: yes, what ticket do you want?

cc: ummm, yeah, that one will do (after asking for a bulk standard ticket somewhre int he ground)

admin: yes, please come and collect it from the ground tommorrow morning.

cc: err, you can see i live in gloucestershire, I cant get to norwich tommorrow, can you just post it, the match isntfor another 10 days.

admin: sorry, we're instructed that you have to collect.

cc: but for the other 8 away games i've been to this season and booked through yourselves you happily posted me the ticket.......

admin: "sorry , computer says no" & "only following orders" type convo......

had to drive 6 hours in a car to que to get a ticket which the club agreed was mine by reservation anyway!
