That doesn't dismay me, it's eminently sensible and responsible. Especially if he plans on

participating in the Loostouff Airshow.

If his Barnes-Whitworth Radial blew a pot over the pier, there could be carnage.

We must surely be thankful that he is taking the maintenance and upkeep of such an important aircraft very seriously.
