Flew a Brisfit over the Western Front during Bloody April 1917, Charles 'Funky' Gibbons was in the rear cockpit firing a couple of Lewis guns on a scarf ring.

Me and Funky had smoked so much opium that, during a steep climb, he fell out, right over the side into Luxembourg.

A group of second-wave impressionist painters found him in Genk in 1934. He was living in a shallow trench, dressed up to the nines and surrounded by quite a lot of hair.
