Apathy is DEFINTELY the word...

...recently noticed myself just 'ghosting' through games, clock-watching for when I can get out to the pub. I barely react to stuff on the pitch, can't be bothered with all the predictable 'banter' with the away end, and found I had very little to say for myself (which is unusual for me as I used to natter to my ST neighbours throughout most of the game).
Last season I fell just short of the Ten Stubs Club in terms of away games attended, and this season I haven't even done one yet (besides the Gorleston friendly) and only have four I'm interested in (Forest, Donny, Swansea & Ips**t - plus any possible FA Cup away draws) and that's mostly for ground hunting reasons.
The last couple of seasons I've seriously questioned the value and worth I was getting for my ST, and now personal circumstances have led to me passing it on to a mate, so I won't be at the game tomorrow night, and instead of Forest being just my first away this season, it will also now likely be my next game in general.

Glad to hear things are good for you mate as life's a bit s**t my end right now (and not just with City). Hopefully see you on the road somewhere sometime...
