No-one's saying MWJ takes Roeder aside and says he should play, er, Robert Eagle. It's just in any successful business the management in all the facets of that company sit down and work out common objectives and goals.
You'd like to hope that the board did this and said 'thanks for getting us out of the poo, now we must have clear direction going two, three, four seasons ahead' in the summer. Which is what happened with Worthy/play-offs/promotion.
But it doesn't feel like that, does it. It feels quick fix, apart from, er, it's not being fixed.
