because

we don't have any money, for Roeder it'd be like admitting he was wrong, hucks deserves a holiday, we've got too many loans already, second comings rarely work out, it doesn't solve our central midfield problems, it'd create problems in defence, hucks probably wouldn't want to risk playing for us and it all turning sour, the players we've got (hoolahan, bell) need confidence to start performing, half the fans think that hucks can't cut it at this level any more and many other reasons.
