OK, so what if we sack him?

Who is better to replace him?

Who would come here given the fact that they will be told we have no f**king money and no players to sell to finance future deals.

With no money to spend on players we either play the youth players or have a manager who can get us decent loan players who we could never afford to buy
(ie a GR clone)

How would sacking GR help us when we have to pay him off and probably the backroom staff as well.

We all agree the results have been poor but can you honestly say we have a worse squad than under Grant.
We have more quality without a doubt.
Especially at the back.

GR has brought in players that most people thought would do a good job for us.
The problem is too many of the loan strikers have missed way too many chances.
Cureton has just fallen off a cliff and Hoolahan has just been playing very poorly.

We are not getting battered 5-0.

We are losing 1-0 and 2-1 after missing clear chances.

In Worthys promotion year he had virtually no injuries at all.
GR has more injuries in a week than Worthy had in a season. Just plain unlucky.

GR is not blameless, some of his decisions are strange and his man management is probably a bit iffy to say the least.
Blaming him for the loans is f**king silly.
He has no choice, its them or young unproven players of dubious quality.
Nobody was complaining about the heart of the loan players last year when they got us out of the s**t.

Of course we want the best manager for our club.
I also want Rinaldo to play for our club also.
