Secondly he was comparing Ramos's time at Seville and why it's gone wrong at Spurs. It's gone wrong because the people who were successful at Sevilla are still there, it's only him that has gone. Spurs have just poached the figure head from Seville, not the set up, which is why Sevilla have largely carried on doing ok, and spurs are a tad disjointed
That and selling Berbatov and Keane leaving you with Bent as your only experienced front line player
I think he's a good coach though, liked him at Betis :)
