A well run club

The board keep harping on about how well this club is run. Tell me then if we are a well run club then why have we got a team full of loan players, who wont even be here come the new year. If we were well run we would surely have nearly a full squad of permenant players (players who would give their all for the team) and not half a squad. Its obvious that these loan players only seem to worry about getting match fit so when they return to their parent clubs they might be in with a shout, their probably worried about getting an injury playing for us so they dont get stuck in. Surely we should play our youngsters instead because we look like getting relegated with these loan players anyway, relegation is a real possibility this year so stop wasting our time and money throwing cash into other clubs hands by splashing out on no hopers. At least if we played our younsters they would improve with the experience gained. What is the point of our academy. The board needs to go, Bye bye Delia, Doomcaster and co your time is up.
