I meant the Ajax-style 4-3-3 which is

a 4-5-1 without the ball and 4-3-3 with it. Jonson played as the right forward in the front line. Therefore he was neither a winger nor a striker which was basically his problem. He wasn't ever used to having to cross from wide very often OR being a target man.

It's the system the Dutch national team used to use with Kluivert up front and Overmars to the left and either Ronald de Boer or (name escapes me) to the right
