Am I the only one who has no idea whats going on in this betting scam?

Don't get me wrong, I like to stick a bet on every so often, but I don't understand half of what's being said? All the betting terminology is frying my brain. I guess the best way to describe all that is like nobody understands all the terms and phrases in a legal document except lawyers. So just because half the people don't get it there's no need to start calling everyone names. Unless you're a c**t, or SCC then it's expected.

Would someone kindly translate the current sit-u-a-shun for me in the simplest terms.
