is spotting up-and-coming young talent. How many of the players he has bought have not come in the "experienced" category. Which means we tend to buy players who are not going to get better - which means if they aren't Prem players when we get them they never will be (Drury is the only obvious exception I can think of, but even he seems to have gone backwards over the last year or so and I don't really consider him a Prem-class player)
