the offence of rascist chanting must be seperate

To chant "your just a town full of bombers" isn't rascist. We live in a country with freedom of speach and as cock arsed t**ts as these are they don't appear to have broken the law.

But then they seem to make the laws up as they go along take for exaple Lee Bowyer hitting one of his team mates who didn't press charges, then he ends up getting arrested and charged with some phoney s**t.
