Anyone here bank with Lloyds TSB?

The bastards charged me for a direct debit on the 1st Oct which i cancelled over a year ago??? I'm now being charged ?15 per day on top of that. Bunch of c**ts, I can't help thinking they're doing it to loads of people as a scam to make back a load of money after the market meltdown. now going in to see them.
