I have Virgin Broadband and PC Guard. More often than not,

when I wake up mu PC and try to open an IE browser, it just sits there doing nowt.
If I look at the Processes that are running, IE is there. I stop the process and re-launch IE Explorere and it's fine.
Any clues? (I realise that Virgin PC Guard is crap but can't see why that should produce the symptoms)
