What a load of bull - he would get the sack

i have a friend who works for an accountancy firm who have Norwich City FC as one of their clients, he says that his firm have just qualified an account which will allow the release of ?1.2m. he says he has no idea who the incoming player is but the addition to the wage bill will be around ?8,000 per week.
