Just spotted a junior member of staff, working their notice, posting on the oink un

Should I:
a) Ignore it (glass houses, and pretty big stones etc ? I don?t really want out net usage logs checked)
b) Have a quiet word with him myself
c) Report it to the boss or his team leader and screw over the arrogant sod, as he?s been a total pain in the arse since he handed his notice in last week (including denying getting training material this morning, which was given in a meeting last week in which he took, and wrote up, the minutes!)
