i.e. someone has to be to blamed, something has to have gone on that we're just not being told about, he's got to have had a big old bust up with the manager because there just couldn't possibly be any other explanation

like AB i've certainly "never in my life heard of a good player struggling to make an early impact in a new side following a transfer" not without there being more to it than someone struggling to come to terms with new surroundings
