What you want is a nice bowl of porridge (unsweetened)

made from the coarsest ground oats you can find - that way the intake of carbohydrates into the blood will be a gradual build-up rather than a massive peak (I.e. as you would get from a zinger tower burger and coke).

Avoid the peaks, and you avoid the troughs.

Porridge for lunch, eh?
