Home Cinema Technical Advice

Just set up a panasonic sc-pt860, looks good but the centre speaker make a horrible whistling noise at low levels. Have tried moving it away from all my hd box and the dvd player but does not fix the issue. Cranking the noise level up drowns it out but thats not the ideal solution.

Any techies out there offer any advice tempted to send the thing back but don't want to miss the obvious fix.
