I can see why the police shot him....

....After all it was not long after 7/7 he was on their "watch" list, he jumped the barrier at the tube station, he didn't respond when they shout police stop stop stop, stop or we'll shoot etc and was carrying a backpack. They also have a good card to play, if we hadn't shot him and he'd blown up the train there would have been a lot of questions asked.
However having discovered his innocence they should hold their hands up and admit liability and look at their intelligence sources.
