don't get me wrong

we will still be there next time
i still look forward to it
i know confidence is a big thing in football - christ knows i've watched a lot of it

but - when you look at the astonishing amount of money these guys are being paid, why can't they cross the ball from the left wing? why are they all so one footed? why can't the keeper communicate with his centre halfs? why in the last five minutes when we are 2 1 down do we pass the ball straight out of play - TWICE?

why do we finally play with some height in the middle and than refuse to play with any width so that he is constantly playing with his back to goal? why do we not bombard the box in injury time LIKE EVERY OTHER POXY TEAM IN THIS LEAGUE WOULD?
