That, at the start of the season, and without our mythical "targetman" we were playing, we HAD to play, good football-short passing game, players finding space, using the midfield and looking close to doing it the "Norwich way" again-and, if results were not good, after every game, people didn't get as downhearted as we are now, simply because we looked good and results would come...
Now Sib is here, its almost as if the players have all breathed a huge sigh of relief and don't have to think, pass or move anymore, as we can now just lump it up to him for the other strikers to feed off...
Well guess what, Sib isn't Jan Koeller, and Messrs.Lupoli, Lita and Cureton aren't Michael Owen either.
When he hoof and lump, we struggle, and that is what is happening now.
We have the players to persevere with a passing game, we -I thought- had the management team to encourage it.
Roeder's post match comments suggest that is what he still wants, lets hope so.
